MOVING ON PROGRAMME ? COORDINATOR
The Moving On Programme is a back to education programme for mothers

age. It is a Local Training Initiative delivering a QQI level 4 major
award in Employment Skills. Term time is from September to June and
this is a KCETB funded initiative run by St. Catherine's Community
Services Centre. St. Catherine's Community Services Centre is
currently recruiting for the following vacancy:
VACANCY: Coordinator ? **Apply on the website** hours per week
BRIEF:
* To coordinate the day-to-day implementation of the Moving On
Programme ensuring positive outcomes both academically and personally
for learners.
* To manage and support staff and tutors
* To provide ?wraparound? support to course participants to
ensure engagement and facilitate personal development
* To fulfil funders reporting requirements, data collection and
maintaining accurate and confidential records
* To plan and manage the programme budget and keep accurate accounts
and records
* To design and deliver an appropriate QQI Level 4 module

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates must hold a relevant qualification in education as
required by KCETB and have relevant teaching experience.
* Must be able to promote and nurture the education and personal
development of students and have a good understanding of the ethos and
methodologies of Community Education and Community Development.
